Aleksander Kaszuba born in Katowice. He received his Master's degree in 2018  at the Design Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. As part of his diploma thesis, he created a programme of a workshop for seniors to build intergenerational relations called the Time Capsule. Aleksander specializes in user experience design. He is associated with Accenture, where he works as a Design Experience Analyst.

Time Capsule

 Building relationships between generations A workshop program for seniors, consisting of cards and exercises. Its participants compare their physical and mental traits to those of their older and younger kin, find situations similar to theirs in their

lives get to know each other better through „conversation cards” or fill in notes with precious memories. The idea arose while observing seniors and their need to share their own stories and experiences. The capsule focuses on building intergenerational relationships but also strengthens identity by reflecting on personal experiences.
