The new initiative refers to the once cyclical exhibition – Factory of Photography – International Schools Review, organised by Fotofestiwal between 2003 and 2011. This event was one of the most distinctive elements of Fotofestiwal – a platform for exchanging achievements and results of students and teachers from photography-related schools in Poland and abroad. It was also an opportunity for young artists to make their debuts and gain valuable experience in their artistic and professional activities.

During this year's Fotofestiwal, we are returning to these assumptions, creating an opportunity for the students of Polish artistic schools to present their works. The main theme of Fotofestiwal 2022 is COMMUNITY, which is why contemporary university-related communities will hold a special place in the agenda of the event.
